Yoga Retreats

A 2 night calming adventure - find your zen on the banks of the Mississippi. This adventure is for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner.

Iconic symbols and text representing 5-7 hours, easy, 2-6 miles, and all ages, with clock, snowflakes, wave, and whale icons.

Practice yoga on the banks of the mighty Mississippi River. This trip is designed for you to experience true nature among friends, the stars, and maybe even a full moon. Enjoy morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions, gourmet meals daily, and plenty of free time to explore, get quiet, and rest. The River will provide a safe space to go inward, and your guides will provide the structure for a fun and exploratory journey.

Group of people sitting and standing on a sandy beach by the water, some are using phones, some are sitting on portable chairs, and others are standing and talking, with trees visible across the water under clear skies.

Incredible memories are waiting for you…

Sunset over a river with a colorful sky filled with orange, pink, and gray clouds, reflecting on the water and wet sands along the riverbank.

This trip is open to everybody - seasoned Yogis, paddlers and absolute beginners alike.

Camp remains home for the duration of the trip so you can truly settle, relax and allow the energy flow.

You could also explore with day excursions in canoes, nature walks and gorgeous swimming. Then enjoy delicious home-cooked meals around the campfire - bliss!
